Siobhain Bunni

An avaricious reader, Siobháin spent her youth with her head in a book, germinating her love of words and stories. Coming to writing via the scenic route, Siobháin braved the world of publishing with the assistance of Poolbeg in 2014 with her first suspense novel, Dark Mirrors.

Blood and Water, landed two years after and her third, Deadly Blind, featuring the fiery Detective Inspector Naomi Fox, was published in 2018.

Having been optioned by TriMoon Films, and with work underway to adapt it to an episodic drama, the audiobook for Deadly Blind will Launch in June 2024.

She is currently working on her 4th novel and sequel to Deadly Blind, John Doe featuring, once again, the tenacious DI Naomi Fox.

A proud graduate of Trinity College Dublin, with a Post Grad in Conflict & Dispute Resolution, Siobháin is a certified mediator and a member of both the Irish Professional Mediators Organisation (IPMO) and the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII).

With over 30 years commercial experience, first managing a successful design practice, to working on a consultation basis with some of Ireland’s blue chip companies, she is a seasoned brand, marketing and communications professional. Over the years she has delivered exceptional projects for brands such as MyHome, Eason, Lisney, Vodafone, Ulster Bank,  and daa.

Every aspect of Siobháin’s career, from writing, to mediation facilitation through to her original projects represents a passion for creativity and storytelling, driven by her mission to make a meaningful difference in everything she does.
